Im wanting to know what is the smallest monitor species and what is their cage requirements?

Smallest available where you are is probably Varanus kingorum.
Smallest species is Varanus brevicauda. Here's a hatchling.

To be honest, even if I got a couple Varanus kingorum, I would still want a sizeable enclosure, just to see them be really active.:cool:

Awesome! What is their care like Humidity and temp wise? And how would they like their cage set up i have ALOT of logs i can use there not hollowed out but here is some pics would the wood be good?

Care should be pretty much identical to an Ackie. They will use every bit of space you give them, so yes provide lots of climbing structure. The idea is to provide as much useable space as possible.

I know Gregg's breeding them, not sure when he'll have some available.

Oh lord... Now I gotta figure out where to put an enclosure and do more research. ;) not that that's a bad thing lol I knew I wouldn't be able to hold on to this tax return haha
I can not blame you for hording them if they all are as gorgeous as the picture! Does their color phase have any effect on the lighting? I suppose I'm asking if they get sun burnt... or if they need higher heat but not lighting than a normal phase?

how much for one baby?
Not 100% sure yet but I figure roughly $2000 to $3000 per lucy. About half that for hets.
