I also have a lattice i wanna put on the back wall for him to crawl up if he wants.. not sure what else i can do to fill his enclosure?? any suggestions? thanks :D

Chinese Evergreens are a favorite of mine in enclosures. I'd keep them in the pot and cover the top of the pot so he can't dig them up though. Perhaps something like a Giant Pothos could work too. As far as nonliving things, cork bark is great, you can try to prop up some branches too.

never seen Chinese evergreens ill have to check them out.. i have large pothos plants but how will i keep him from digging them up? i was told that no matter what you do they will ALWAYS dig it up.. its basically inevitable... i have a philodendron plant that i would like to put in there but it requires lots of light.. do you think the uvb tubes would be sufficient enough? if i don't keep the plant beside the window it starts dying..

Three are currently surviving in my retic cage.. Giant Golden Pothos is a species, it's a strong climbing variety. The leaves can get huge, you'll need to trim it from time to time.. They will dig up just about anything, any plant rooted in the soil I would keep in a ceramic pot or something, cover the top so he can't dig into it, and bury the whole thing. That way, the roots are protected.

ok ill try that.. i wanted to get some grass seed and plant some grass in there too.. i know he will dig it up but at least it will be pretty for a while.. once fall hits here in Colorado im going to gather up a whole bunch of leaves and just toss them in there to help aid in the hiding..
