View Full Version : Crested Enclosure (again;but works) and Incubator Ideaa

Ok, it should work this time...
This is the first enclosure I have built, for my 1.1 crested geckos. They have tons of space (it is 24"W x 24"D x 36"H), and it is done. I have added a curved piece of bark to act as a hide in the back bottom left corner since.

As for the incubator, I have a styrofoam shipping container that I got from a local petstore and a foot of heat tape. I plan on hooking the heat tape up to a dimmer, and buying a digital thermometer. I also plan to have a open tub of water in there to keep humidity up. The box's interior measurements are 11.5"W x 17"L x 7"H. Please let me know if I am overlooking anything, or if you have any ideas (or criticism). Thanks,

Basically...if you can keep the temp and humidity stable, you should be fine. Measure those for a few days before you get eggs. :)
