Nope. He's perched on a flat rock in a shallow dish. You can use the baby cricket on his back as a size reference.

Thanks! He is tiny at the moment. But he is fun to watch. When he decides to come out of his burrow or hide.

Haven't seen him eat yet. Doesn't mean he hasn't I realize, but I thought he would be more voracious regarding the crickets. Should the food be bigger or something?
