No need to do anything provided you are getting them from an area that has no chemicals sprayed on or near.

I don't do anything to my wood. I prefer to keep all the little bugs.

Most of the bugs that come with the wood also help eat waste matter in your enclosure (bio-active).
Not so much as prey items but for adding to the natural breakdown of wastes in the enclosures. Like a lot of us here, Poison uses bioactive substrates in his enclosures, so some of those bugs that come out of the wood just get to work breaking down wastes for him.
Oops, sorry didnt mean to double your answer Poison

Youre giving a 10 foot by 4 foot room to your single bearded dragon?! Wow, thats going to be one spoiled dragon.

not quite to his own, ill have 3 vivs in there aswell (currently got 2 in there but getting a third shortly), the vivs will hold 2 babies and another adult male, depending on how they act around my son, depends on which 1 i actually keep tbh and depends on what the vet says when i have them checked around a week after i got them, dont worry though, the males viv will be covered up during the night :D

Hard to tell from the pics, I don't think any of it is but please be sure not to use pine or cedar as it is harmful to reptiles.

nope, none of it is cedar or pine, but a mix of birch, oak and some other tree (cant think of the name tbh), here it is all cut up:
