Sup, I'm from Denver, Colorado and I actually found this forum in lieu of reports of mistreatment of reptile rescues.

Anyway, I, myself, have never owned a snake, but I grew up in a household full of exotic animals, particularly parrots, turtles, and lizards. Needless to say, my mother is terrified of snakes, yet loves and owns four turtles. Go figure!
