View Full Version : Is it ok to use a Terrarium Humidifier for my ball pythons??
I just got 2 ball pythons and yes they are in a glass tank that i will change as soon as i can. But for now yes i have noticed it is not holding NO humidity so my fiance bought a terrarium humidifier which was pretty costly so im hoping it wasnt a bad choice...Oh and it has made them come out of their hides which they have been spending all their time inside since we've got them but as i type one of the ball pythons is actually roaming her whole tank...

Can i just ask are they housed together? If so they should really be separated.
In terms of the humidity if the humidifier keeps it above 55-60% then that is good :)
Yes they are together right now :/ i figured its not that bad since they are still small probably a little over 1ft long and i rescued them from my job together... as for the humidifier we actually are able to control it its been steady on 60 we can lower it if we like to...

I am surpirsed that noone has poste dthe ball python eating a ball python yet............. You really should separate them sooner rather than later :)

Doesn't matter their size. This can happen (Just for Rob)

Anyway, if you have humidity at 60 then good. I try to keep mine between 50 and 55 but 60 isn't bad.
