Rat size for breeding?

I have got some female rats that are 67-86g. They are on their own. I am wondering how long (approx) it will take for them to start breeding. They are in with a larger male.

4 months old is usually when they're most ready (size-wise)...I'm not sure of the exact weight at that age...but I do know that my breeder females (the youngest being about 6 months old) are around the 200g mark.

That's what I have experienced between 3-4 months.
