I recently came across a deal on a classified server for a 8'*3'*30" and I am getting it for 145 and it is in good shape. just the cage no heat no nothing. but the price is amazing still from what ive seen.

If it is all sealed properly so there is no issue withthe wood molding then go for it.

I bought second hand vivs couple of years back and they lasted about six months because they were unsealed and the humidity destroyed them :)

it is good on leaks and is sealed well. i do plan on retreating the wood and redoing the seals. also i was wondering how much heat tape i will need. i keep my apartment at around 76 degrees to 78. thank you

With that enclosure Id probably say get a large RHP instead of heat tape.

what size should i get. it is going to be used by my tiger reticulated python. she is young and this cage will not be used for some time to come. but i want to have it all set up and functioning before she needs it.
