So I've been advised to try our gecko on dubia roaches but I was wondering if anyone else feeds their gargoyle these.. what sort of size ratio is suitable.. Same size as his head, smaller or bigger?
Any info much appreciated :)

I don't know about gargoyle geckos specifically, but the general recommendation for lizards, and what I go by with my leopard gecko and bearded dragon, is nothing bigger than the distance between the eyes. I believe that's the rule of thumb for crickets and roaches. I think the fear is getting caught in the throat. So mealworms, while longer than that distance, are narrower, and don't follow that rule.

JB's Crested Gecko Info (http://www.jbscresties.com/blapticadubia.html) This should give you an idea, I know it says for Crested geckos but they both are about the same in care and setup.

My gargoyle isn't large enough for them yet, but I believe his breeder feeds them to their gargs.

Thanks everyone... I've tried him on crickets etc, but he refuses them so after a little nudge from Barelybreathing I'm looking for alternatives. He gets his Rapeshys mix and variety of non citric fruit with calcium +D3 but I'd like him to have insects aswell.

Crickets help them grow a little faster and are great if your gecko loves them! But he just may be a MRP gecko. I have some cresties that are like that. As long as he is healthy and eating the MRP he will be just fine.
