I found this in the tub of a female het hypo juvenile BRB today. It is worth noting the enclosure/paper towel substrate was treated with PAM two days ago and discovered while replacing sanitized water bowl. Any input is appreciated.

Snakes do not have the ability to cough, but I would put money on that being icky, RI-tinged lung upchuck.
Clearly I am wrong. Is the animal acting normally?

She seems a bit lethargic if anything. Can you expand that top pic at all? I'm most concerned about that "u-shaped" portion in the center. The circular "dots" make it almost appear as skin of some sort and my first thought was an esophagus. She was last fed about 11 days ago.

I have heard of bad things happening with improperly administered Nix, but I think you're smarter than that. The chance that your animal has been poisoned or is suffering from some neuro issue from your treatment is very low. I treat my collection every three months and have never had issues. Really, there are only two holes that could have come out of and I'm not even really sure which hole that is. Check out the inside of the snakes mouth; everything look normal in there? Any excessive mucous or redness?
