Yup, no worries ( tho if you have high humidity keep a close eye for mold)

Will do its for my royal. She squeezes her self into a small hide so thought it would be better for her. Lol

Yeah, I think that's something edible made for rodents for them to sharpen their teeth on. Probably should check the ingredients to make sure there's nothing harmful in it.

yes snakes like hides where they can touch all the sides and prefferabley the roof at the same time,it makes them feel more secure
i usually wait until the hide looks more like a hat, before i move them up a hide size

Another solution is to fill the hide with moss, the snake sill compact the moss as much as is necessary to be "cramped" but secure :)

This is a good solution to having the little hut in the enclosure if it's too big for the snake :)
I actually don't have a single hide for anybody....had them for my blood pythons when I had them but none ever for my boys. Maybe when I first started as a teenager. but found they are fine in rubs without one. if I had glass cages I probably would go back to using them
A friend of mine uses those huts for his lizards, has been for a couple years.
The day i picked up my cali king, his tank came empty and the pet store near my home didnt have any snake hides, so i decided to try a rodent hide,(a fabric cheeseburger) so he would handle his new surroundings better. He loved it, sleeps in it every night, and the silliness of it fits his goofy personality.
