New bar for my Aru...

I’m still not done! I was trying to find something to change my 2 white bars that my GTP goes on! Trying to get something more natural!!!

I was at the animal store near my place... and was looking for a 24 inch long fake bamboo bar... and they did not have it...

After going round and round in the place... I had an idea! Branch for birds that normally go in the side of the bird cage!

there expensive so I only got one to make a test... will get more now that I see its possible!

I used these (reptile supplies l reptiles l terrarium supplies (http://www.flukerfarms.com/bamboobars.aspx)) with my amazon tree boa and they worked awesome.

I have Some bird perches in my GTP's viv as well. Did you happen to seal it? If not watch out for mold.

what did u use to seal ?

I sealed mine with a water base polyurethane. Same stuff I used to seal the inside of my vivs when I built them. Just let it cure for a week before you put it back into the viv.
