Not for hatchlings :) I have one that still thinks I'm going to eat him, bites me every chance he gets lol!
After he settles in a bit(hands off for a week is recomened) and gets use to you he should settle down.

Yep out of all the hatchlings I kept this year "V is for vicious" is my fav(he's het blood so he has the masque marking). He's got some personality, if I don't scoup him up first try I get bit 3-4 times, doesn't break the skin. I saw it described once as being attacked by angry velcro ;)

We named our royal Toothless. Lol.
