Hi peeps, im new to this forum. ive been keeping snakes since i was a kid (even tho my parents said no snakes haha :p) around my house im lucky enough to live near the country and snakes were always abundant at the local park or walking trial. thats were my love for reptiles started as a kid looking in the bush or near the creek for anything i could find (turtles, snakes, frogs, crayfish, salamanders) with friends even even tho some werent so keen on gettin right in there and catching them hah. i used to keep snakes and feed them frogs and such, i thought it was cool to watch how a snake could kill and eat their prey without arms or legs lol i would always return the snake near where i got it from after a few days as it was a wild animal and not captive bread. i still go herping when weather permits (its winter right now) i just dont bring them home anymore now that i have a few snakes (and lizards) of my own that are captive bread and much easier to chill with when im watchin tv or somethin. i currently own a adult male normal python regius (my first snake), a female anery corn just a juvenile, and a female ahaetulla prasina also a juvenile but shes 3 feet ! very skinny aka vine snake or whip snake. ill add some pictues i have. first two are of a garter snake i caught this summer and a redback salamander i caught in the fall.
