I've seen it before but I thought I'd ask here for verification.
Can predator mites eradicate a snake mite problem?
Has anyone ever used them?
How fast do they work?
Where do you get them?
Why isn't this topic more popular?

I have used them and they do work. They need a damp environment though. I just kept a container of damp eco earth in with each snake and let them go! They die off when there are no more snake mites left. I ordered them on line.

How do you figure out how many you need per enclosure size?

I think I used a few tablespoons per each enclosure.

How big are the enclosures?
I used these years ago.I worked in a reptile store that had various sized enclosure from 4feet x 2 feet down to 1 foot x 1foot.Seemed to work at the start, but failed badly. The mites came back with a vengence.
I have heard other stories... where the same thing happend started well, but they always came back.
Altough I have met people who have used them in tarantula cages with great results!

You need to use them properly for them to work. If they are not kept humid enough they will die off and not get the job done. If used properly they work fine and are a great alternative to chemicals.
My enclosures were no larger than 40 or 50 gal.

I want some predator mites purely for the sake of having predator mites!
It's the reason I keep snails in aquariums. So my assassin snails can eat.

I was kidding. Besides I could culture wood mites. I apparently only need poop for them to survive.
