She is settling in beautifully. Wow. I can officially say I'm hooked. She's a little handful and a half, unlike any other snake I've seen, handled, or owned. Very watchful, aware, inquisitive, agile. I can't find my camera charger so cell phone pictures are all I've got for now. :/

male in the fall? Breeding age/size males can be nasty, but they in no way represent the majority of retics the majority of the time. All of mine are awesome to work with as are most of my friends that I see on a semi-regular basis.

I believe it was a tiger. It got out of the tank and i let my boss deal with it. It was pi$$ed off and did not want to be touched.

LOL, they do take a special breed of people. I myself only enjoy animals that keep me on my frickin' toes. That goes for anything, not just snakes, lol. The Acurite came from Walmart, by the way. I like it a lot.

Nick it was in a smell section inside of/near the DIY and home stuff like light bulbs, shower heads, etc. There was a section in the aisle full of thermometers and such. The funny thing is that when I search for it online, my exact model doesn't show up. Odd.
Thanks guys! She's very different, but very rewarding to have around. She's definitely probably ruined keeping anything else for me. Although I do still want to see a burm and a blood in my house eventually For now she's my one and only and it'll stay that way for awhile. ;)
