They are very nippy but they tame out easily though they will always have an attitude.

Aww :) I have 2 females, the bigger one has been passed from home to home so she's an evil witch. The other one lets me hold her if I slowly slide my hand under her. They are beautiful.

I think tokays are going to increase in popularity especially if we get some morphs going.

Hopefully, they're so cheap right now.. I'm going to look for an unusual wild caught to breed with my normal CB.

True, def cool lizards. IMO, the prettiest of Geckos. I just had to really watch my fingers!

They are extremely cheap. Which is kinda a bummer because people that dont know anything about them that buy them from the pet store treat them like disposable pets.

They're really not even hard to keep.. Put in 3-5 crickets and when they're gone put more in plus a pinky every two weeks. Temps are around the same for any other arboreal species along with humidity.

I wouldnt know because I have never had one but I see people treat cheap animals (under 25 bucks about) like they are things you buy then 2 weeks later when you decide it is not cool anymore you stop taking care of it.

I once had an African Fat Tail Gecko that bit me, I was shocked that such a tiny lizard could inflict such a deep and painful bite. Gained a new respect for them that day.
Saw you on Reddit, by the way ;)
