What does that mean? I have seen in some for example it will say "0.1 Tiger"

1.0 is 1 male. 0.1 is 1 female... 0.0.1 is one un-sexed.

You know that is Stickied under some variation of herp lingo/common terms on every reptile forum I belong to and they still get around one of these threads asking about the numbers once a week. For what it's worth, most snake keepers seem not to use it, but a forth number refers to the eggs a person has. Lots of gecko keepers use the forth number in their sigs.
