I've had my LTR since August and she has yet to shed for me, I've never been really concerned because she's CB01 and pretty big, so I figured that she's just not growing very quickly...She was in brumation for a month (Dec 15-Jan 15), so she's been out for about a week now...still no signs of shedding...but the tip of nose is pretty dirty looking now, sorta brownish smudgy looking (and it doesn't wash off)...and there's little flakies of skin sorta sticking off her head in places...but she won't shed! I've soaked her, doesn't help...I'm thoroughly confused. Has anybody had this happen to them before? What's going on?
Is this a sign of some other problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

What's the latest on your snake shedding?

Bad sheds always take a frickin' long time to come off. Is she eating ok? I've found that thin snakes have bad sheds. Sheds can take 2 weeks, so just keep soaking her and give her some rough spots. She'll sort it out.

She still hasn't shed and isn't showing any signs that she's going to, she's never even gone into the milky phase...She's eating fine, doing everything else fine (biting me and all, lol)...only thing she's not doing is shedding...It's not a matter of a "bad shed" because she hasn't even started any increment of the shedding process...I'm quite confused...I wish it were a bad shed, that wouldn't be a problem, but she just won't even start shedding.
