Their website claims that they are associated with USARK, perhaps bringing it to their attention may help.

Wow, none of those animals looked to be in a healthy condition. The tegu and monitor on newspaper, in aquariums broke my heart the most... Ugh

Report them. Report the page. If enough people report the page, it will be taken down. Also, report them to USARK. I posted a link on their wall addressing the issue, but if more people do it, it'll get more attention: USARK (United States Association of Reptile Keepers) - Grandy, NC - Non-Profit Organization | Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/pages/USARK-United-States-Association-of-Reptile-Keepers/93475517723?ref=ts&fref=ts)
They've created another page, obviously in response to the outrage on their main one. http://www.facebook.com/PaulsReptileCircus
EDIT: I went and posted links to both pages on several herp pages on Facebook, including USARK, Herp Nation, National Herpetological Congress, and Reptiles Magazine.

Heartbreaking :( That snow corn was healthy in 2011... That Sav on news paper... How can you let so many animals go downhill and suffer...

USARK most likely won't do anything. They've got bigger fish to fry at the moment.

removing his FB wont stop the cruelty, you just then wont be able to see it.

Best thing to do is: NOT to give them business and advise others to do the same.

Best thing to do is: NOT to give them business and advise others to do the same.If we spread them around everywhere and show how bad their conditions are, we can do that. That's why I posted the links on all those different herp pages. Anyone else should do the same to any other herp pages they know of.

What a shame so many people have reported his page to Facebook that the link has been removed. I called the MSPCA and reported him. I was able to send the link to the Fauna Classifieds page to them so hopefully they will be able to investigate based on the pictures posted there. Without his facebook page up there is no actual proof so they may not be able to investigate him.

Plus, even without the pics, they have to investigate the reports. The pics don't do anything.
Also, a lot of his animals have been rehomed. Hopefully the rest will be taken.

Actually the MSPCA had no reports on file as of today. I sent them the links on Fauna Cl. They have a lot of his pictures from the facebook account copied and posted. He says he is rehoming but we shall see. Hopefully they can get enough proof to investigate. I think the only place he has been reported to is Facebook. Either way all we can do is keep our fingers crossed that he gets shut down.

They don't need "proof" to investigate, just a report. My riding instructor had a fly sheet on her horse because she was thin-skinned and the flies bothered her, and a neighbor reported that she had a "blanket" on a horse during the summer. Even though the guy knew her and knew it was a BS report, he was still required to investigate it.

Don't know about the law all I know is what the woman said to me. Maybe it has to do with the fact that I have not actually seen the abuse and have only seen it through pictures. She said they needed copies of the pictures to investigate. She's got them so that's really all that matters. I'm glad that he's giving the animals up but he should be prosecuted for what he has done.

The investigator called me back yesterday. She hadn't received the link so sent it again. Called her back to be sure she got it that time, she had and said they were beginning the initial steps of the investigation.
