If you know how to take care of a normal leopard gecko you can take care of an albino leopard gecko. There is no change in care than with a normal phase leo, only its colour.

P.S. Good luck with your futur albino leo :D

There really isn't any major differences between albinos and normal leos -- except for the fact that their eyes can be quite sensitive to light, especially in young albinos. As such, some people suggest feeding them with the lights out, including most lights in the room...

I know you guys may think I'm crazy, but I like to take my geckos outside when it's warm to let them explore. One concern with albinos (and patternless/blizzard lizards for that matter) is not having dark pigments makes them vulnerable to sun burn. While I would not recommend using sunblock, if your albino leos are allowed to go outside and play be sure to keep a hawks eye on them! Not only can they scamper off, they could turn to a crispy critter very quickly! = )
