I would rather bath a cat!!
Wow. My male crapped all over my female today from the perch above so I ha to bath her. Usually I just sponge her down but considering what happened I thought a full bath was in order. Well no bites or anything but talk about a freak show!! The water was 87 and as soon as she touched it she shot like it was out of a canon. Tryin to hold almost 8 ft of wet snake is near impossible. I think I was more wet than she was. Nothing like wet snake poo smelling shirts. I think its time to design a snake bath cause she hates the water.

My female Coastal Jag just had one the other day and just chilled the whole time. Actually it only the second time ever that i had to give a carpet a bath. The first time easy Electra years ago and that was a battle.

I had mites when I got some carpets in about 6 months ago (too quick of quarantine) and had to bathe my carpets in a Nix solution... I think there was more blood in the water than Nix LOL. They REALLY hate baths!

I have never tried to bathe Halo The Friendly Carpet. As busy as she is outside the cage, I can only imagine how she would in the water.
I have tried to bathe my burms, even when they were wee worms. Both freaked out so bad, I hate the thought of trying that now that they're bigger. Baby Girl likes to tail paint everything when she takes a poo, and getting it all over herself in the process. It's the only thing I really dislike about her. I dare not bathe her, but have found if I get her to move through a warm wet towel, I can get it off fairly easy and it doesn't bother her as much. Then I have to clean the mess she left in her enclosure. I guess this makes up for her being so nice as to pee in her water bowl. At least that's easy to clean up and rarely do I have to give her cage a scrub down after she pees. Just clean and disinfect the water bowl and it's all better. But I REALLY hate cleaning her up after she takes a massive horse size dump.
