agree, but it was good to see them again
those are some of the pictures i use to show folk, just how big a meal a snake can easily put away
imo its a Black Headed Python doing what it does best, eating other reptiles
JUST GOTTA LOVE BHP's :D
these snakes are my moral answer to unwanted siblings, when breeding morphs
keep/sell all the morph's,but instead of flooding the market with cheap unwanted normals/siblings,keep a pair of BHP's to feed them to,its mother nature at her best;)
cheers shaun

Problem is, you'll need to cycle through BHPs, as a Carpet hatchie is too small of a meal for an adult BHP.
...Or you can raise the Carpet siblings till their sub-adults. :D

Don't recall having seen them, new to me! Cool post, alessia. Such a greedy snake! Never ceases to amaze me what snakes can shove down their gullets.

Of course it was taken in Oz. The animals there are badass.

First time I've seen these pictures and they are great. That fella probably won't be hungry again for awhile. Thanks for posting them.

I hadn't seen it before, so it was cool.
Ah i hate the idea of feeding snakes to other snakes. I can see the need and the practicality for breeders, but that would sure be hard for me to do. Love BHPs though.
