I have 2 juvenile leopard geckos and I f red them 5 meal worms each is that enough

Add more variety. Small crickets, roaches, wax worms, butterworms...

I occasionally feed, waxs and crickets but is that amount enough for them

I would feed more. Maybe around 10-15. I used to let mine eat until he didn't want anymore.

My leopard gecko is just over 2 months old and she eats 4-7 mealworms every night (usually 5-6). She's still very skittish so I never see her out of her hide and just count the mealworms the next morning to see how many she ate (I leave 7 in the bowl).

I can't leave them in the bowl because ther are two geckos and one takes advantage of the other I feed them with tongs

No, it isn't enough. My leopard geckos have food available to them 24/7.

I can't leave them in the bowl because I have 2 and I want to make sure they get even amounts

I leave the bowl in with four geckos. If there is food always available, then they won't be missing out.

Just leave a fair amount and check it a few times a day if your worried one is getting more than the other
