best thing to heat 3ft viv

Radiant heat panels are great.

Personally i use ceramic heat emitters in all my vivs. :)

I second the radiant heat panel. 2 are on $15 home depot baseboard heater control themostats and 2 on hyrofarms. Both work great low hunidity use the cheap ones ,higher humidity use the hydrofarm.
