The third one down is a Dark Phase....
He was created in the wild.
He is from a wild confiscated female that when captured was gravid.
The San Diego Zoo was gifted the confiscated, gravid female.
She laid eggs at the zoo and he hatched out.
He, along with some of his siblings were gifted to a buddy of mine in Texas by the name of Mike Price. I was lucky to get him and one of his brothers 4 years ago.
This is the closest to wild collected mex mex there is in the hobby.
I am working on crossing the hypoerythristics with the Dark Phases, with the Granites with the striping......LOL

Thanks for sharing - interesting history. also - good to see some one with pebbles in their vivs. Here in the UK not many I know of use pebbles. I like my enclosures to have pebble beds - mainly white and buff white with some red jasper for the Leonis phase critters.
