I havent seen Coastals since Brian traded away his pair. Those were nice to, atleast 7, maybe 8' long. This is a treat. Yours is really cool. :)
Thanks! He's got a cool pattern to him. He started off really picky and hard to feed. Now he's pounding large rat pups weekly and growing nicely.

Thanks Shaun. I have no clue what the parents were. I got for free from a buddy and he said it was a coastal. I'll get more pics in two days. I fed the little guy yesterday and I don't want to bother him for a few days.

I agree with Shaun, he does look like he could be a jag. great pick up either way. He's gonna look awesome.
Here are a few more pics of his sides. Best I could get bc he wouldn't sit still. Let me know what you guys think.

Looks like a jag sibling to me. It'll be interesting to see how he colors up.
Only time will tell when he sheds and grows more. Either way I'm happy with him...plus it was free.

Sounds like someone's snake has better taste in phones than he does ;)
Hahaha All kidding aside, that is an absolutely gorgeous little guy!! A coastal carpet is on my shortlist for when I have the money for proper care; pictures like yours just reinforce my decision!!
Thank you Sean. They're really not hard to care for. Hope you find the right carpet in the near future.

Thats a really nice coastal, he should look real good as he colors up. I personally don't see a jag when I look at him, either way thats a good looking snake. Keep us updated.
