well spotted mate.....:D

the first time i posted that pic,i told folks i had removed the retained shed on the tail tip ;)

re stripe
she has a full symetrical dorsal stripe...

every scale is the same colour, she also has some good black tipping on her saddles

Very nice mate... very nice indeed

i have high hopes for her mate

her father was a high yellow 50,50 black and yellow,he was a good example of a pure jungle

her mum was a decent looking 50% jungle jag.....

after her first year (the pic's with my wife in them),i thought she was about to colour up a nice yellow colour.....

then when the next shed, should have been a higher degree of yellow, she started going that copper colour, thats just got stronger and stronger,as the years went by

she was my hatchling who did not eat until 10 months old,so as a slow starter she wont be up to size until the 2nd breeding season from now (she's a 2008)

i plan on sticking my Gosford male over her,as he has a quite funky pattern...

fingers crossed they will produce some nice Diamond Jungle Jaguars

i have never seen anything with such a symetrical and perfect dorsal stripe, than this girls

its incredible, every scale is an exact colour match,to each other, the stripe goes right to the tip of her tail

you can see it in this pic (i removed the retained shed on her tail tip ;))

Awesome looming jungle jag, I would have guessed he was a tiger jag based on the pattern, really unique.

Awesome looming jungle jag, I would have guessed he was a tiger jag based on the pattern, really unique.

with the whole tiger thing being polygenic,i wish she was a tiger, that way she may pass her awsome stripe onto her hatchlings

i honestly have never seen anything like her dorsal stripe, its symetrical, tapers down to the tip of the tail, perfectly in proportion to her body, also every single scale in the stripe,is the exact same colour,no colour deviation what so ever

if only it were genetic

i will be trying her with the gosford male as soon as both are up to size

i've toyed with the idea of putting her with my jungle jag.....

but i don't know if my conscience would allow me to,considering the jag super form is fatal and may produce some dead leucy's (still battling it inside my head)

My mistake on the typo and sex. After taking a second look maybe she has Some ocelot going on with her.

Wow! I absolutely LOVE this girl! You have some of the best looking carpets ever!

I was going to suggest pairing her with sexy jungle jag but I didn't know that the super jag form is fatal. (if you don't mind and can spare the time to PM me the why's and how's I'd really appreciate it. :) )

To be honest, when I first glanced at her I had to do a double take. The pattern and color reminded me of some genetic stripe retics lol

thanks mate, that means a lot coming from you Gregg

i really need to get some outside pictures after her next shed,i also need to capture that dorsal stripe in daylight, imo it's incredible, there's not one scale a different colour from the rest and its so symetrical right down to the tip of the tail

her stripe was my original reason for buying her,a 9 hour round trip and i paid top dollar back in 2008 for her
