Some new roaches I got from aaron pauling. They are larger then dubia by quite a bit. A lot more meat. Have to see how they will work out. Aaron says they breed faster, grow larger, and do better on a meat diet.

I can't wait to have roach colonies so the next time my ma comes to visit I can freak her out HAHA! It sound mean I know but she is so squeamish when it comes to bugs but will pick up random garden snakes, lizards, and oddly saves slugs that are are her front sidewalk... so it is funny she is bug shy

I would suggest dubias for you Antonio. Dwarf monitors do well on them and dubias are super easy to raise. I full grown dubia is more then a mouth full for a full grown ackie.
Aaron pauling has a special going on dubia for 30 adults, 300 or so mediums, and a ton of smalls. He hooked me up better then the special offer with these orange heads so I wwould think you will come out with a nice starter colony of dubias from him.

I forgot to mention that the large one is an orangehead and the smaller roach is dubia.
