Fresh Shed

Baby Girl (the bigger of my burms) shed this evening. I had to get her out to clean her enclosure since she made a mess of it, so I snapped a few cell pics. I have not accurately measured her, but I'm guessing she's around 7' now. She's waaaay longer than I am tall (5'1") She's about 13 months old and has never missed a meal...and she's ready for one now.

She's a pretty typical burm. Will eat anything, anytime, anywhere lol. She's pretty mellow, but likes to explore. If I give her a heat source when she's out, she'll curl up on it and stay lol. She's truly an awesome animal and full of personality. The only time she gives me any trouble is when she's in shed. Alot of blowing and hissing when I have to clean her enclosure.

I know, right? She's always getting in your face. Sometimes she'll lay with her head on our face. Almost makes you feel like she's cuddling. I know she's not though....

haha that's so cute! I would be holding one of my three BP's right now but one I held earlier today, another is going into shed, and the third is relaxing at the moment. lol
