Alright! Took me a long time on Saturday but we got a new shelf and some new tanks, and I switched everyone around.
I had some ball pythons in the tubs, but it was too humid for them. The carpet python is loving it, however!
This room has a warm ambient temperature (that does fluctuate, unfortunately...bad weather stripping. Some day we'll own our own house!)
But the humidity and temps, and basking spots are usually spot on for everyone.

I have two sets of garter snakes down stairs in the living room...in different places across the house as they don't seem to like the heat much, and i want to poke at them and make them friendly since they're babies. Also the new pair is quarentining.

I hope to have a new female green western hognose, who will also stay downstairs for quarantine. Had almost got caught up and put a deposit down for a saudi sand boa, but ...we'll see.

The plastic drawer/bin behind the largest ball python's tank (jasper) does indeed hold the pyxie frog, and the croc skink. Top drawer is empty. That thing was a great idea as it keeps in moisture, neither one of them can climb or ooze out to escape, and it's super easy access!

I just moved the adult roaches to that bin, as i had them under Jasper's tank near his large UTH, but they were too numerous and so we'll see how they do now.

Anyway, here's most of the critters, just for fun!

Oh and excuse the mess. I'm slowly getting rid of all the stored junk in this room. I need to rent a dumpster!

holy tanks batman! You look like you're set! haha.

My mom thinks I have too many snakes and I've only got three BP's, whew! I fear my hobby will someday make me do the above as well :P one day... steady money, and a place of my own.... BP breeder... I can't wait :D

It is a lot of tanks. lol
I really like to see them, but moved them all upstairs because they would be warmer. They come out a lot more now, and most of them like to climb or root around, so I plan on putting more sticks and things in each enclosure. I actually have very active snakes!
Even the tarantulas are feisty.
There's not one snake who stays in a hide. Most of them come out and watch me when i'm in the room. Begging, of course. lol

Nothing so far BB. I have a ten gallon downstairs awaiting that female hognose if i can ever get the breeder to send her.

room for more...bwahaha!

Ooh, I have an idea! You don't have leopard geckos yet.

i haven't been that into geckos for some reason... maybe eventually. It's weird too, because i've always been a lizard lover. But i just got the snake bug and can't get enough! Was thinking of stopping in Davis on the way home from our trip to oregon and picking up some more sand boas from Warren Treacher...bwahahaha!

Nice! I love how you got them set up! I thought about getting one or two of those metal shelves to put mine one. I see lots of wire. How are you heating them? I'm really curious as to how you have them set up...what's the width of the shelves you're using and how big is the biggest tub that you have on them.

Thanks!! I like this set up a lot! The temps are always spot on now. I only have the UTHs, and the wire shelves keep them from overheating.
The three shelves are 14x36 while the one large shelf is 18x48, and holds three 40 gallon tanks. The tank on the floor is 60 gallons, and i don't remember how many quarts the sealed tubs are. I've tried these snakes in tubs, and everyone seemed really unhappy, and some tried to rub and get out. It was just too warm and too humid in there for most of them. The carpet and the roaches are way happier in the tubs.

My city is kind of humid though.
Humidity is never a problem for me! : )
