Milk snake won't eat!

I got an apricot pueblan milksnake a week ago and he doesn't want to eat. He is pretty small around 12". I tried to feed him frozen pinkie mice but he doesn't budge. I don't know what else to do.

I have personally had baby milks go over a month without eating..

What are your temps?
Hot side?
Cold side?
And typically they won't eat when going through a shed cycle.
