New Jungle with pics

Well since my IJ passed away ( :( see my other threads ) , I decided to get a juvi Jungle Jag . Paid 175$ for him , he was CBB feb 12'

had to start with gloves , as he was very bitey.

After while i took the gloves off and he calmed down but still tagged me a little.

So I'm not sure what he will be , either more yellow or more black . He is starting to yellow up it seems , he eats great so far too and shed 4 days ago but is going to need a alot of handling sessions to calm down as he really wants to bite my face most of the time haha.

he's a great looking carpet and you can't go wrong with one of Mikes snakes

i'm confused over you saying..... (it's easy to confuse me though lol )

his father is the brother of " JUGGLER "...

you then say his father is " in " the you tube video of " RIDDLER "

if his father is the brother of riddler,then there will be a little coastal in him,as riddler is a jungle jaguar

riddler is an amazing jungle jag though mate

i'm sure your guy will make a very good looking adult:D

yes i fixed the post , he is a jungle jag , his father is the brother of Riddler . thanks for pointing that out! I also added the info from the breeder , i was a bit wrong.

he's a jungle jaguar sibling

that means he does not carry the jaguar gene

the jag gene is a visual pattern and colour mutation

it will make no difference as imo he is a great looking carpet python

he looks like he has diamond in him ( i know he has'nt)

good looking wee carpet

Very pretty carpet. He's a jag sib like shaun said, he's gonna really pop when he gets a little older. Especially coming from those lines.

I'm not familiar with the genetics really. So can you link me some pics of what you think he will look like later based on this line?

how big do you think he will get as an adult ? the breeder said 6 feet .

imo,the jag gene does increase the strength of yellow,but thats not to say yours won't get a good yellow to it

some of the highest yellow,almost neon yellows,i've ever seen,was on a german bloodline of pure jungle's

riddler has a high percentage of jungle in him and next to no coastal,so yours will have even less coastal in him mate

imo,he most likely will bottom out around 6 feet

if you e mail Mike Curtain he will give you pictures of the sire and dam of this guy

Mikes a really helpfull decent guy
