has anyone here ordered from layne labs? i placed an order on monday but other then an email saying the order would be shipped shortly and a tracking number <which doesnt track anything> i havent heard anything from them

I have ordered from them twice, both times they shipped out the next day as well as the feeders being clean and well sized. The second time i accidentally ordered twice the amount and all I did was email them and I was responded too and refunded the next day. I would suggest either waiting a day or emailing them and asking, can't hurt!

well i placed the order on monday and got the email saying it would be shipped on monday so ive waited 2 days lol ive just never ordered from them before

Ive ordered from them once and I am planning to use them again in the next couple of months. I ordered 10 pinky rats and 10 fuzzy rats. Sizing was excellent, all within their stated ranges. As already stated, rats were in very good shape, clean, a few broken tails, but that is not a problem for me.

how long did it take for you to get your order?

If i ordered it on a Monday, I would get it Thursday. Two day shipping and usually shipped out the day after i placed the order. Your best bet is just emailing them and asking for some info, they responded fairly quickly to my emails in the past.

i just did an order from them. they assign the tracking number when they print out the packing slip, etc. The number will become active once the package actually leaves the facility.
It took a couple days, but then they sent and it arrived perfectly packed and everything looked fresh and frozen!

I've ordered from other companies and gotten freezer burned feeders.

i think this just solved my curiosities on how the heck I would get small quantities of frozen rats.... O.O

*grumbles and mutters* freaking expensive shipping to get to where I am. It irritates me when something seems so great then you realize it's great for others, not you >XD
