So here is a little guy I got a text about and decided to take in. He is a normal burm and the guy says he was purchased at a local pet store here though I know there is no way to be sure. Says he is healthy, no mites etc **'

well he is in blue and about to shed but from my experice he seems malnourished either to prevent fast growth or otherwise. He says 1 mouse per week. This poor fella should be on small rats if not medium

I got a cage cleaned..soaked him in a tub for about 20 minutes then in his new setup where he in on papertowels and another mist to kick the humidity up

Question: if they dont come in contact can he stay in the same room as the retic? thanks

I think they need to be in separate rooms at first. after quarantine, they'll be fine. You should call him Giraffigus. Gorgeous burm <3

I found a nice spot for him in the family room and hope he doesn't stress to bad

Quarantined snakes need to be as far apart from the collection as possible, ensure no cross contamination of tools/tongs/hooks etc for a minimum of six months :)

Sounds good. I will grab him his own tongs and hook next week
