Isn't an 11° variable a little much? Will your eggs be in a sealed container?

Can you tell us a little more about your setup? Just incubating eggs in a closet probably won't work too good.

That all depends on geography.....
Colubrid eggs incubate up on the top shelves in my snake room without a supplemental heat source. I had a $2k incubator that seemed like it was a good idea at the time but really was a waste of money so I got rid of it.

And....90 degrees is Generally too hot for corn eggs.
Humidity and air flow/exchange are also factors.
78 to 82 is a great temp range to incubate colubrid eggs.
