right now im researching to find my next new pet, a snake... currently i have 5 fire bellied toads, im getting a fire bellied newt sometime this week hopefully, i have 2 tree frogs (a few months old) and a barking tree frog as well... not to mention my kitten and my boxer:) i love all my pets!

ivalynfyre, im really overwhelmed by all of the options there are out there!:O the first thing that caught my eye was a scarlet king snake, but people have been suggesting corn snakes as well as a few other types. i am really open to it all right now and i am researching as the suggestions come in.

Scarlet kings are really pretty, and corn snakes are great first snakes and come in so many different color morphs.
Yup, there's lots of good options, making a decision can be hard!

I recommend Kenyan Sand Boas as great first snakes. They're beautiful, come in a variety of gorgeous morphs, are hardy, and they're docile, and stay on the small side.

And of course i'm a little partial to them as i have quite a number of them myself:)
