The stand is 6'6" long, we're guessing he's 8 feet now.

The scar is an old feeding injury from before he was rescued.

I really dont think that fence is sufficient caging for a snake that big!!!! ;) ;) ;D

No Rob but it works to keep me from mowing down the tiger lilies. :)

LOL. We do too. He's as sweet as he looks too. Except when he's in a shed cycle. Then he's a hissy little thing. But he only does the "little hiss" not the truly threatening "big hiss". I've only heard the big hiss once when we first got him home and it's definitely menacing.

Tomorrow is feeding night so his mood will certainly be turned to the good after finishing shedding, going for a good long "walk" in the yard and then getting fed. No more Mr. Cranky pants hopefully. ;)

lol Sounds like my burms. Sweet angels except when in shed. Lots of hissing and trying to flick me off of them when I need to clean their cages. They're fine once they're out though. Although they don't do the boyfriend like that and he just reaches in and picks them up.

LOL. I've learned he just likes to let you know he's not pleased. I just go pick him up and don't let him buffalo me.
