Anyone own a White Lipped Python? A buddy if mine is thinning out his collection and has a 3' female I'm interested in. Just wondering how they are to care for?

BEAUTIFUL SNAKE. One of my favourite species. they can be pretty nippy, looks like you've got yourself a well tempered one.

Not to be cheeky but why not ask your buddy?

He got it in a collection buy a few weeks ago. He's a burmeese and blood python guy. He doesn't want the WLP and has not cared for one before. He just told me they like high temps, high humidity, only eats live prey to his knowledge, nippy and wild caught as a baby. Thought I'd get some feedback from current/previous owners.

Yeah, I did some reading last night about them. Not too many keepers out there it seems. A lot of it was a few years old so I wanted some more current info. I'm still going to take her. I'm sure I'll be able to care for her just fine. Hope she's not trouble to switch over to frozen from live.
