If only two things could happen: 1) I could get the roommates dog not to panic when I vacuum and 2) if everyone would take the time to TRAIN their dogs to at least know how to behave

3): people would stop getting dogs for decoration, I.E: get a new puppy to be put outside and forgot about......

I'm currently teaching Nero to pick up food off the floor and hand it back to me without eating it.
