Hello everyone! It has been a while since I have updated everyone on here so I thought it was about time! First off I would like to thank everyone here who has helped me with my babies and ensuring that they stay happy and healthy :)

Brandi who is one of the youngest that I currently have. She is a 2011 Pewter female BP. I had purchased her in February from a local breeder here in the Vancouver area. She has grown quite a bit since I have gotten her and continues to feed on F/T rats rather than live when I first received her. She is the sweetest girl that I have and has never struck or tensed up, which is really nice!

Draco is my 2011 Male Pewter BP that I purchased just after Brandi. He is doing well, but seems to be a bit more picky while eating which is fine, but can be frustrating at times!
He shows great curiosity to everything and absolutely loves to climb and hang out in hoodie pockets. :P Both Brandi and Draco love the water and hang out all the time :)

Esmerelda is my eldest BP. She is a 2010 Pastel female. At first she was very defensive and didn't trust anyone...she struck at every movement but fed very well. After getting her last October and working with her she is now quite calm and curious, but is still wary of her surroundings. But now I am confident in taking her from her tub without being bitten! She is a gorgeous pastel with nice blushing and flames...and such a pretty contrast of black and yellow! Pictures really don't do her justice.

Oliver is a 2011 Normal het pied male. He is the most curious and expressive BP that I have in my collection. Not only that but he is also very nice and gentle.
He has finally reached a growth spurt and is now a fair size compared to only 2 months ago. Compared to my other normal he is very golden and has minimal pattern which I think is very neat :)

Oliver compared to Fantome. Oliver is the one at the top.

Fantome is actually my boyfriends BP, but I pretty much take care of him all the time. He is also a 2011 Normal. He's quite skiddish at first but warms up to you and loves to climb around and be quite sneaky.....
When we first got him he was very dark, almost chocolatey, but since then he is almost on the opposite side of the wheel! I swear he almost looks like a fire but he is just a snazzy Normal :)

Lestat is was my first snake of all time. He is an early 2011 Spider Male BP and he is massive! He is longer than my leg (I'm 5'8) and weighs more than 1200 grams. He is such a goof and wouldn't hurt a fly...I fully trust him with anyone as long as they handle him right. Lestat has always been either around my arm or in my pockets just hanging out. And to this day he is still relaxed and the best pet ever! Eventually I would like to breed him to Esmerelda and Brandi (in the future) as I think they would have some really nice babies :)

Lestat is currently in shed so I will update him again once he has received his new paint job :)

Thanks Mykee! Can you suggest what I should get for another addition? :D

Here's my suggestion, take it for what it's worth:
Sell both the het pied male (or buy a het pied or pied female)
and your normal male. Unless you have some sentimental reason to keep him, he is completely and utterly useless in your collection.
I would add females to your collection, preferrably double co-doms like a pastel lesser or a lemonblast.
Great genetic breeding potential, and pretty to look at.

I've been thinking about going through the whole pied project but honestly I don't think it interests me that much so I will probably leave that alone and sell him. The Normal male is my boyfriends so that is totally up to him, but when it comes to breeding he won't be a part of it :P .
I figured a double co-dom female would be the wisest choice, just wanted to see what morph would be the most beneficial to my collection so far to pair with what males I have now. I have considered Fire as well, or Yellow Belly...Alright to look at but great for spicing up some morphs. I definitely am using the Spider male for a lot as it opens up so many beautiful morphs, as well as my male Pewter. More females for sure though, no more Males for now! I love pastel lessers...so beautiful!

Thanks for the suggestions and helping me out :)

My bp is named oliver too...however...I think he may be a she...(i've never had it sexed in 3 years...never really cared...but I tried popping tonight, and I didn't see anything red, just white)

@iBaman: Oh awesome! It's a great name. Yeah I'd probably get him/her probed as I don't think popping is the greatest way, especially at that age.

@Ezwolen69: Thank-you :) He is around 3.6 feet, and around 1200 grams.

Yeah, my breeder friend is going to probe it for me =3 It's crazy cause I saw this guy on youtube do it to even older snakes, and their junk just came right out!

Oh good! Yeah I've also seen a few vids with the same result. But I don't dare do it because I don't want to risk hurting anyone :P

Yeah....even though I have watched many vids and have seen breeders do it in person I still don't really know how to do it properly....one day though I'm sure :D
