That photo is not large enough or clear enough for an ID...
If you upload the photo to imgur or photobucket and then post the [IMG] code here, the photo might be larger.

Hmm... photo is still small. All I can see is that the snake appears to be brown :hmm:

Took me a while but if you look smack in the middle of the photo is the head of the snake, with the body towards the back (top) of the photo.
