Hey
Here in Australia you have a couple o ways to play with Jags. First is the RPM Jags which have been smuggled into Oz and then there are people who want to do it with local stock. Alot of people want to stay clear of Neuro etc that can come in these Jags and the native stuff is clear.
Anyway here is a pic of one of my female Reduced Pattern (or Aussie Jag). She is from coastal carpet lines and is locale specific from the Prosperpine area of Qld. She was bred by Jungleland here, a nice guy and super breeder called Joel Faustino.
Anyway would be interested in seeing what you guys think of her comnpared to your impressive Jags.

I'm amazed and inspired by you Australian's insistence and ability to keep the localities pure. Wish it was that way over here. People are getting better but it still seems regrettably rare.

Yeah the Jag lines that have been smuggled in to Australia do show Neuro, where as the native bloodlines dont. Reason been is that the native stuff dont have the RPM gene that Jags do, so they dont throw the fatal leucistic animals either. But breeding the native lines means its harder work to get "Jag" looking animals than using the RPM gene that true Jags do.

I think there will always be locale specific here, but there are more people who are now looking to cross and try and create some crazy looking animal. I personally prefer to keep it pure Inland, pure Jungle, pure bredli, pure Darwin......
I think there are enough opportunities to create colour morphs within these lines themselfs.
