Not exactly sure yet.
I'm setting up everything I need to bring a snake home.
I'm leaning toward a rosy boa.

Then UTH all the way. you will want one big enough to cover 1/4 to 1/3 of the bottom of the cage.

Just curious, what kind of snakes would need a basking bulb?

Some thing like a tree boa or python that spend most of their time in the tree.

Okay, thanks so much. :)
Since I don't want to post another thread and seem annoying, maybe you can help me?
I think snakes have a pretty basic setup.
So far I have:
-20L tank.
-Aspen bedding
-A water bowl
-A hide
Anything I'm missing?

You want two hide one for the warm and one for the cool ends of the cage. Also a temp gun. Nothing works better for getting accurate temperatures. You can find them on E-bay for as low as $5.00 to $10.00.
