The colours on this guy are unbelievable, they get brighter and brighter with every shed. He's atleast 3 1/2 feet.

S t r i n g e r 's got an amazing temperment, never missed a meal.

He's beautiful! I love the thin connected pattern on his neck and then the thicker connected pattern further down. Just awesome.

Stunning. Would love a retic but just a bit to big for me and my house :(

I'm way jealous. I love retics. Too bad they get prohibitively large.

Thanks! yea their size is the main downfall for most people. There are dwarfs and super dwarfs, but most of the time as the size goes down, the price goes up :suspicious:

True. My 50% super dwarf tiger retic cost $400. A mainland tiger wouldn't cost half of that.

However he should reach about 8' if wha I've read is true. We will be ok if he gets bigger though.

Wow, gorgeous snake. I am very intrigued by retics. As far as I've read, it seems like they have a different awareness and intelligence compared to other snakes. Not to mention that they are drop dead gorgeous. Not for me though, they are way out of my league. I will just admire them from afar.

Yes definitely a different intellegence. Alot of times when i go to handle my retic , he will just come out by himself, as soon as he`s aware it`s not feeding time. Also i will let my retic decide how long he wants to be handled by leavin the enclosure open. when he has had enough he will usually go back in by himself. Really cool, i couldn`t believe it the first couple of times.

fantastic coloration and pattern on him. You can really see why they're called "reticulated" here.
