Thanks for the pictures, beautiful Boa, nice big rock you have there to take pictures of your snake on, wish I had a rock like that!
THANKS Sidewaysat...And Yes The Rock Is Great But Lucian Is Almost The Same Color So It Was Hard To Catch His Color He/She Got Some Nice Pink That Wasn't So Visible Either
They are great shots of a great looking boa.

Congratulations! Lucian is gorgeous! A great addition
Nice little Colombian you have.
@squrtil, no it will darken as it ages
@Alessia, no it apears to be a bci Colombian.
THANKS FOR ALL THE GREAT COMPLIMENTS GUYS & GALS OF THE SSNAKESS FAMILY AND I thought it was a BCC....?? Hmmm So It's A BCI?
The saddles are rounded and not pointed, the tail is the wrong color. The bloodlines are soo diluted nowadays. To me it looks like a bci Colombian.

To me it has characteristics of both of them
To me it has characteristics of both of them
That tail color is the real deal breaker though. The thin saddles can represent a bcc, but they're not pointed, they're rounded.

Yeah I have noticed with the BCC's have a very deep red tail. Maybe you should contact the breeder kstar
I wouldn't worry about it, it's your pet and unless your breeding it doesn't matter. (unless you paid for a bcc)
Nah It Doesn't Matter To Me....

I think my boa's growing slowly, she's over 10 months old and 2 ft 3 in (just measured her yesterday).
Ok that does sound a bit slow...but maybe it's just growing slow and before you know it it'll hit a growth spurt and get huge or maybe it's just a slow grower...it could also be the bloodline...maybe the parents were small OR maybe you need to feed it some bigger meals like rat pups...what is your baby eating now?

She's eating rat fuzzies, I feed her once a week. But she seems to be growing faster now, she grew 3 inches in about 3 weeks.
