I feed my burm in his enclosure and be has no bedding. I have the red tail on the Eco earth coconut bedding. Can I feed on this or feed him out of enclosure?

Personally, I would just feed in the enclosure. If he gets a little of the substrate in his mouth and ingests, he'll be fine. If you're really worried about it, put something flat down in front of him, so when he strikes and coils the prey, he won't pick up any bedding in his mouth.

When I feed my bigger snakes, I just put the F/T rats/mice on a plate, sit the plate on the floor of the enclosure and leave, when I go back to collect the plate, the food is always gone.
