wild turtle

i found this wild looking turtle fishing at night n the river so took him home and photographed him and let him go back where i found him. i thought the members here would like to see him. he look really healthy just a wild shell on him

no he seems to be in very good health , he made it this far like this i think he should continue living in the wild =]

What kind of turtle is he?

i would say either a very deformed yellow phase painted turtle , or a deformed common map turtle
