Bookings for the ERAS 2012 Fall Expo start July 3rd.
The Expo will be held at the Sands Hotel on September 29 & 30th as per previous years.
No bookings will be accepted until this time to remain fair and unbiased to all vendors. Will will have the overflow room available to us if needed like last fall.
Placement in Room 1 or Room 2 is your choice, once paid. No bookings will be considered confirmed until paid in full. Essentially, first paid first placed. Last paid, last placed.
Consideration for table placement is always considered, however not guaranteed.
Last year the fall show booked up with vendors in 22 hours, so if trending is similar, it should be full by the end of the day. I will send out a warning email 1 week prior to booking so that no one is caught off guard.
Please do not ask to book early, requests for this will be ignored.
Please email me (NO PMs PLEASE) vicepresident@edmontonreptiles.com to get on the email distribution list for the 1 week warning email and booking email to be sent out on July 3rd.
This show is going to ROCK ! Our Spring Expo smashed all records for attendance, revenue, raffle sales, etc. We had approx 3,000 people come through the doors so we hope to meet or exceed those numbers at this one !
